Your order will be sent out within 5-10 business days. I post your orders with Australia Post, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your orders made with standard postage once posted and 1-3 business days with express postage once posted. Please note that postage delays may occur, it is recommended that express postage is selected if you are after your order quicker. Always reference the AUS POST website to get an estimated posted time and to note for any delays.

• Small - A4/A3 prints are packed in a sealed plastic slip pocket with cardboard backing and sent off in DO NOT BEND envelopes to ensure your prints are delivered with no damages
• Large - A2/A1 prints are packed using protective packaging sent out in mailing tubes to ensure they are delivered with no damages.
• Mixed Sizes - If you order a range of sizes (large & small) they will be sent either in two separate parcels or in a non bendable mailing tube.
• Original Artworks - come ready to hang with hanging wire and properly packed using protective layers to ensure the painting is not damaged in transit.

We do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind or incorrect items ordered. Once your order is placed, you have 12 hours from your order time to cancel a miss-placed order to receive a full refund on any items you have accidentally ordered.

If your order has arrived damaged in the post, please contact Uncovered Studios in the contact form bellow or via our instagram within 24 hours of delivery and send clear images of the parcel damage and we will get back to you shortly.
